Our new CashByText service enables charities that support homeless or people in need to send money to vulnerable people instantly without the need for them to have a bank account or card. It is free of charge to the end-user.
This important service provides another much-needed solution to the challenge that is often presented by the problem of how to get emergency or regular spending money to people in need quickly.
To use the service, the 'Sender' will simply need to login to our secure payments portal and add the mobile phone number of the person they wish the money to. The 'Receiver' can then withdraw a specified amount between £10 and £500 from one of the participating 17,000 ATMs.
